I saw a video by GinaK on how to do this style called Retiform.

I liked it so much I had to make a card. I thought the Cream, Pink & grey would

Stamps I have used are from Inspired by Stamping: Hexagons, Garden Seed Packets

& Trendy Circular Sentiments

A friend used her cameo to cut the hexagons for me.

The flower is also from the Garden Seed Packets which I have fussy cut

and colored and mounted with foam.

In the top right corner I stamped the hexagon stamp and embossed it with

Zing Brown Sugar Embossing Powder on a piec of designer paper.

I did the same thing with the script stamp.

Catching Snowflakes

I used my brayer to run some Versamark over the embossing folder and then through my Cuttlebug.

Feel Better

Hello!

This card I have made for a sketch challenge at:

I have combined 2 digi stamps both from:

http://beccysplace.blogspot.com.au/2013/05/technique-class-gatefold-window-card.html

I used a brayer to add distress ink on the embossing folders then

placed a piece of white cardstock carefully on the inked side.

I wanted to use some shaved polystyrene for the snow but guess what?

I accidentally spilt it all so it ended up in the vacuum cleaner.

I used Scribbles white Fabric paint and added some glitter.

Have a Merry........

Hello!

This card was made for a tutorial challenge at:

It is a new technique for me and I just had to try it!! I redid it many times

using different color embossing powders but never happy with

any of them. Even this card is not 100%! I am not sure why the embossing

is not that clear especially on the words.

As I wasn't getting the colors right I decided to go for Gold, Silver and White

on black cardstock - not your traditional Christmas colors though!

The Christmas greeting is from: Inspired by Stamping

and the Trees from: GinaK designs.

Jumping for Joy

Hello!

Today I have created a card for a challenge at:

I have used Jac paper which is a double sided sticky paper.

Spellbinders die: Parisian Motifs which has been cut 6 times in white,

joined and added to the Jac paper.

I have then sprinkle it with silver glitter, added silver ribbon and

made some silver roses.

which has been colored with Derwent Inktense Watercolor pencils.

I have also added white glitter to the image and silver glitter

around the edge of the image.
